This policy explains how Bare Bones Mechanics collects, uses, and protects information submitted through this website and the third-party services used to request, schedule, quote, and pay for mobile mechanic services.
Information we collect
We may collect contact details, service location, vehicle information, descriptions and photographs of vehicle concerns, appointment preferences, communications, and transaction records. Payment card details are processed by Stripe or PayPal and are not stored on this website.
How information is used
Information is used to evaluate service requests, prepare quotes, schedule and perform work, process payments, communicate with customers, maintain business records, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
Service providers
We use Google Forms for intake, Google Calendar for scheduling, and Stripe or PayPal for payment. Information submitted to those services is also governed by each provider’s privacy practices.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that support business operations, when required by law, or when necessary to protect customers, the business, or others.
Retention and security
