What areas do you serve?+
Bare Bones Mechanics serves the Triad area. Travel availability and any applicable service-call fee are confirmed with your quote.
How do I request service?+
Complete the service intake form with your vehicle and service details, then choose an available time on the booking calendar. Your selected time is provisional until the quote is approved and paid.
Is the calendar appointment automatically confirmed?+
No. We review your intake information, provide a quote, and confirm the appointment after payment. We may contact you if more information is needed.
What services do you offer?+
Our guaranteed services are oil changes, filter replacement, battery replacement, and tire rotations. Other requests are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed.
Can every repair be completed at my location?+
No. Work must be feasible, legal, and safe at the requested service location. Complex diagnostics and repairs that need specialized equipment should be handled by a certified repair shop or dealer.
How do payments work?+
After reviewing your request, we send a quote and payment instructions. Payments may be processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. Payment confirms your appointment.
